Grace

Grace is currently studying a Bachelor of Pharmacy at the University of Otago. She has a passion for Biomedical & Pharmaceutical Sciences, as well as an interest in Business and Healthcare. Grace is interested in the development of new medications to treat disease. She aspires to one day own her own Pharmacy & work as a prescribing Pharmacist.

Outside of her study, Grace enjoys music, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her family. Grace is able to tutor NCEA Economics, English, Chemistry, Maths and Science. She is passionate about learning and encourages students to share in this by exploring a subject’s real-world applications outside of the curriculum.

Grace likes to cater her teaching towards the students’ unique learning style, but prefers to break down lessons into bite-sized topics with core concepts, definitions and diagrams; as well as practice questions for revision. She believes it is important to understand the overall context of a subject, before focusing on individual, assessable components. Grace loves helping others and is dedicated to helping students get the most out of their Education.
