Amelia

Amelia is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics and Marketing, and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Film. She has aspirations of one day working within the field of digital and visual Marketing as she loves the way that ideas, messages and feelings can be conveyed through unusual means.

As a student who initially struggled with NCEA, she is familiar with the difficulties that high schoolers face and has experience with developing learning strategies to deal with this. She knows that the traditional learning environment doesn’t work for every student and that in a one-on-one situation, students are given the support and resources they need to succeed. Amelia enjoys sharing her love of learning with her students and works to ensure that all of her students feeling comfortable to challenge themselves and make mistakes.

Amelia is confident tutoring English, Economics, Media Studies, Geography, Physics and Maths.
