Zoe is currently in her second year at the University of Otago and is studying a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Anatomy with a particular focus on reproductive, developmental, cellular and neuroanatomy. She thoroughly enjoys these topics along with learning the intricate structures and processes of the human body along with happens when things go wrong. She is planning on post-graduate entry to study Medicine.

She is passionate about learning and inspiring others and enjoys tutoring as it allows her to share her passion for both science and learning with her students. She enjoys one-on-one tutoring as it provides a tailored experience for each student, enhancing their learning by allowing them to learn the best way for them.

Zoe loves helping her students build confidence in themselves that they have the potential to succeed. Her teaching style is personalized to the student she is teaching. She likes to teach visually, using visual techniques, breaking information down into flow-charts, tables, diagrams, and mind maps to help a student understand how the information links together. She also loves using different colours in teaching and promotes an active teaching style. She also likes to teach in an auditory manner, having discussions to ensure a deep understanding is reached.
